TradeUpGames is a peer-to-peer gaming trade platform. All trades are completed directly between members and are done at each member's own risk. TradeUpGames does not own, inspect, authenticate, test, grade, value, store, ship, guarantee, refund, replace, reimburse, or reverse member-to-member trades.
TradeUpGames provides platform tools, listings, messaging, matching, ratings, reporting, safety education, trade documentation, and account enforcement. Members are responsible for reviewing listings, confirming condition, checking member ratings, using safe trading practices, and deciding whether to complete a trade.
Memberships, TradePasses, boosts, verification fees, and premium tools provide access to platform features only. They do not guarantee successful trades, accepted offers, item condition, delivery, refunds, replacements, reimbursements, or dispute outcomes.
Trade smart. Trade safe. Trade at your own risk.
